Doom's Ultimate Weapon

...and its not the BFG (Sorry, Sam). I about crapped when I saw this. Memories of playing Doom, then Quake and QII at Hastings College and all that in Hazelrigg and Weyer.


Damn. I'm old.

Well, two people, one a 7 year employee and the other a valued co worker, have left. In a Support dept of about 8 people that is HUGE! Since January, I have been back and forth about looking to other things-ill finish classes at Doane in two weeks and Ill graduate with my B.S. in CompSci/Info Systems/Business Mgt. in May, but there have been vague rumblings at work about them trying to keep me there. Ill have to work harder on my part, and a few of our clients hate me (im too truthful with them) but over all its not a bad place to be. Just when someone leaves or gets fired its kind of abrupt. I like my job place a lot, though Id like to get out of the customer service part of it, so we'll see what happens.

Kids are weeds, Bri turned 5 and Rowen will turn 4 right before we leave for Disney world in Fla in June. All are vacillating between various stages of sick/flu right now. Not fun.

Kol is still beautiful and still puts up with me, though I don't know why. My kids are smart and relatively well adjusted, our house is (being) paid for, and we have one vehicle in really good shape (and then my POS). All in all, not a lot to complain about.


Other than that, not a lot going on.
